V. Urbė graduated from Panevėžys Art School, Druskininkai Branch of the Public Institution Vilnius Žirmūnai Labor Market Training Center, a modular vocational training program for tailors. Creation has accompanied her since childhood - wishing to stand out from her peers, the artist used to resew her old clothes together with her mother. The delicate sense of her mother’s aesthetics and colors, as well as the transferred experience and knowledge about the subtleties of the sewing craft, contributed the most to V. Urbė’s creativity. In 2016, she created the brand "Cukraus vata" (Eng. “Cotton Candy”), where clothes and accessories for women and children are created. Since 2016, the artist has been actively participating in exhibitions and fairs throughout Lithuania. In 2019, in Vytautas Magnus University Botanical Garden she presented the linen collection at the event "Night of Scents" (Lith. “Kvapų naktis“). Virginija presents seasonal collections at the annual fashion and design fair “Design for Life” in major cities.
