Rūta Indrašiūtė „From clay and songs“

Rūta Indrašiūtė was born in 1966. In Vilnius, graduated from M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art.

Participates in exhibitions since 1985. Has organized exhibitions in Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Italy, France, Russia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Japan. Works are owned by M. K. Ciurlionis Museum Archives in Kaunas, Alytus Ethnographic Museum,
Dzūkija National Park, collectors from Poland, Italy, USA, Japan. For many years, she has been awarded the diplomas of the best artist in the „Golden Wreath“ competition and has won competition places.

2010 The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania certified clay toys-whistles, a postage stamp was issued with the author decorated works.

The personal exhibition of Rūta Indrašiūtė's works "From Clay and Songs" is presented at the Druskininkai Crafts Center "Menų kalvė" which exhibits sculptures and various dishes.
